1. You have no accountability - You become accountable to me with check-ins.
2. You are not tracking food intake, body stats, workouts etc - You will have your own account on my app where you can track all of these things easily which are set by me.
3. You have no support network around you and you feel alone - You will have full support from me throughout our time working together & have access to the community group with others on their fitness journeys.
4. You are not following a plan and guessing everything - You will receive personalised & structured workout and nutrition guidance from me. We will work together to build new healthy habits that are sustainable in the long term.
5. You don't have a goal - I will help you set realistic goals and ensure you reach them.
6. You don't actually believe in yourself - I believe in you and once we get started, so will you!
7. You are over complicating everything! Lets keep it simple, personalised and structured.

MY ONLINE COACHING
PROGRAM INCLUDES:

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS & YOUR OWN PERSONAL PROFILE ON MY APP

A personal profile will be created for you on my App where you will be able track your training, nutrition and physical progress easily. This is also where you can contact me.

​CHECK-INS WITH ME
​
You will be completing checks ins with me (fortnightly) which include taking your body statistics and progress photos, health coaching scorecard as well as completing a form for me all via the app. This content is all visible be me and I will then make the necessary changes to your program.
Being accountable is crucial when wanting to reach your goal. I will be here for you every step of the way.

NUTRITION COACHING

You will receive nutrition coaching where we work together to form new habits with your diet to assist in reaching your goals. No foods are off limits when working with me, food is such an enjoyable part of life. I will show you how you can eat the foods you enjoy whilst still being able to reach your goals!

​TAILORED WORKOUT PROGRAM

You will receive a tailored workout program which is fitted completely around your lifestyle. If you cannot get to the gym, don't worry, a home workout will be tailored for you. Exercise should be enjoyable and easy to follow!
