Welcome To My Pre & Postnatal Programs - Also known as Strong Bumps & Beyond!

If you are expecting a bubba - congratulations to you! Whether this is your first or number 6, pregnancy is such an amazing and special time. I have been exactly where you are now and would love to be able to help you through this special time of your life and to help you recover into your Post Partum period smoothly.
 
Your body is going through a massive transition. I am here to help you keep active, healthy and strong throughout this amazing journey.  

My Strong Bumps Prenatal program concentrates on keeping you mobile, helps eliminate pains experienced during pregnancy, strengthens key muscles that will help prepare you for labour and support your body through this lifechaging time!
 
My Strong Bumps & Beyond Postnatal program will help you recover from your pregnancy and will consist of the following phases:
1. Rehab / Re-training
2. Return To Exercise
3. Bulletproof Your Body

    A personal profile will be created for you on my App where you will be able track everything including your workouts, nutrition and anything else we set for you. We will work alongside your other healthcare professionals in order that you have a safe, enjoyable and pain free pregnancy

​CHECK-INS WITH ME

​

You will be completing checks ins with me (fortnightly) which include completing your pregnancy health coaching scorecard and a Bi Weekly Review Form. This content is all visible be me and I will then make the necessary changes to your program.

NUTRITION SUPPORT

​

You will receive support with developing healthy and sustainable nutrition habits throughout your pregnancy journey.

​TAILORED WORKOUT PROGRAM​

​

You will receive a safe tailored workout program to follow throughout each stage of your pregnancy. These will be modified to how your pregnancy progresses. Don't have access to a gym? No problem, you can use resistance bands at home *Note* This will be a separate cost and a set can easily be purchased for a small cost on amazon / eBay. I will advise which ones are best.

I’ve been in your shoes, I know exactly how you are feeling, you have the mental load of a mum on your shoulders and one other thing on your list is to try and see what’s best to eat or what exercise program to do whilst doing ALL THE THINGS. It’s hard I know. You don’t just want to look good, but you want to feel confident again, you want your baby to have a mum that feels her best and has all the energy! 

 

Being Postpartum your body has been through so much, it needs taking care of. You may feel uncomfortable in your body, it looks different, it feels different and functions different, at least for a little while. But this is all totally normal and part of the process of healing and the recovery from the precious gift you have just had. Many of the changes are temporary within the body. 

 

The initial period after birth is an intense time that requires all sorts of care for you and your baby! You may be recovering from a c section and this will look different to somebody that has had a vaginal birth. Your body is going through so many changes and healing along with the added stresses of tackling breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, and the adjustment to becoming a mum (if this is your first).

 

Every women’s recovery period can vary widly, just like every pregnancy is so unique. You need to be kind too your body and mind during this HUGE change in your life. You can’t just start jumping around the living room with a HIIT workout as if you weren’t pregnant for 9 months! I know plenty of mums that have injured themselves from going back to exercise too quickly. It needs to be done safely in order to prevent injuries. Crash diets will not work, shake diets will not work, let’s work together and get sustainable long term habits that stick!

 

This is why I have put together my Post Partum Online program because I want to help mums like you. I want to support you and be there for you, you can get your confidence and energy back! I did it… so can you!

 

Setting a good example and making your health a priority is the most important thing any mum can do to raise healthy children for life. We are role models for our kids.

 

For me after having Maddie, I wanted to lose my body weight that I had gained during pregnancy but totally appreciated my body for what it had been through and where it was at. I changed things gradually and increased activity levels slowly until I was in a place I was happy with that was manageable. This is what I did to get me back feeling confident.  This is why I have created my Strong Bumps and Beyond Return To Exercise and Bulletproof Your Body Program to show you how I did it. This is initially a 4 month phased program which is completely tailored to YOU. Not only does this program cover the exercise part but it covers nutritional habits that can easily be followed inside my app along with Mindset work to help you tackle the weeks ahead.

NUTRITION COACHING 

 

You will receive nutrition coaching where we work together to form new habits with your diet to assist in reaching your goals. No foods are off limits when working with me, food is such an enjoyable part of life. I will show you how you can eat the foods you enjoy still whilst still being able to reach your goals and to give you energy & be confident with your food choices!

You will receive a tailored workout program which fits to EXACTLY where you are on your Postpartum journey. Everyone is so unique with their recovery Postpartum so it's important your workout is built for YOU and only YOU!
