This is why I chose to work with Jo because I knew she didn’t offer a short term fix. The things I like the most about Jo’s programs and services is that she has always adapted my program to meet my needs and requirements. She listens to my likes and dislikes and takes everything into account.

Since working with Jo the results I have achieved are unbelievable. My main benefit from working with Jo is the understanding I now have of nutrition and what actually works for my body. My results have been life changing. Not only has my life changed but Jo has helped with all my family, including my daughter who lost a considerable amount of weight and has gone from a size 18 to 10. My son was also training with Jo once per week as he wanted to get bigger and understand correct posture and technique with weight training. Jo has helped me and my family so much and we would never go back to how we used to live. We live life to the max now.

"I absolutely love my one to ones sessions with Jo (even though my face may say otherwise during). 

Our sessions keep me motivated. It’s too easy to come home from work and not bother going to the gym, but because I know I have to see Jo once a week I don’t want my fitness levels to drop. Therefore I make sure I go. Over the time I’ve spent working with Jo, exercise has now become part of my lifestyle. Which has totally changed for the better! I am much more happier with my overall appearance and my confidence has grown. This year on holiday was the first time in years I have allowed any of my family to take a photo of me in my bikini. I’m not perfect by any means but I feel great and I feel my confidence is showing on the outside. I felt bikini ready this year!

Jo has helped me retrain my brain and I feel amazing. I know now not to feel guilty if I have an ‘off’ day. I just to get back on track the next day. I would totally recommend Jo as a personal trainer. I have learnt a lot from Jo and I’m sure there is lots more I can still learn. "One of the main reasons stopping me joining personal training with Jo was cost – there is this belief that Personal Training is very expensive because the huge gyms charge so much. Once you enquire, when you realise what you are getting for your money you then realise it is doable and Jo's costs are much more reasonable than the gyms costs. You get so much more than what the gyms can offer in terms of support and value for money. 

Jo constantly provides support to her clients, not only with the plans she produces but the constant moral support, she is always there to help you and never judges if you fall off the wagon, she just helps you get straight back on or helps you adapt your food and exercise plans to fit in with your life and get the best results. 

I am much more in tune with my body and know how I need to fuel it. I know what exercises I need to do in order to get the results I want. I also have a much healthier mindset around food and that is all through Jo's help and also have seen improvements in my strength and toned.

Jo has such a great knowledge of food and exercise but also mindset and is such a huge support with the mental/mindset aspect of fitness journeys and how they are different for each individual.I would 100% recommend Jo and the services she provides, Jo goes above and beyond for her clients, she is invested in helping them change their food habits and understand how to exercise for the results you want but also what fits into your life – she doesn't just tell you to eat X and do Y she really helps with your understanding and what can work with your life and schedule".

"I  decided to start working with Jo in the January before my little girl turned 2. I STILL hadn't lost my baby weight and I'd promised myself that this would be the year I started to feel better about my body. I hated looking in the mirror as it just made me feel depressed, which in turn made me want to eat! I hated my 'mummy tummy' and I was also cross at myself that, no matter what or how hard I tried, I couldn't seem to shift my excess weight. Also, my daughter is at the age where she is copying everything I do, and I didn't want to pass bad eating habits and weight worries on to her. Jo was excellent! She really made me feel at ease, and I felt I could be really honest with her about my body hang-ups and also about my goals. She listened to everything I said and created an eating programme that ensured I was eating balanced meals. She also listened when I told her I didn't have hours to spend in the gym each week, and so she created an exercise programme using at home training and YouTube videos that I could fit into my busy lifestyle. I was excited to start the plan but also apprehensive as I had spent years believing that diet = a huge food reduction. In fact, when I received the nutrition plan I was extremely surprised (and pleased!) at how much I could eat. I was given three balanced meals along with 2 snacks during the day. Weekly weigh ins and measurement checks kept me on track and I felt so proud of myself that I could finally start feeling better about myself again. Whenever I had a question or wanted a change in meals I got in contact with Jo and she always messaged back promptly. She was a crucial part of my new healthier lifestyle. Jo has taught me portion control, that drinking water is crucial and that eating regularly is actually beneficial to weight lose/management.
